I purchased 4 new 14 ply tires for my trailer back in December. I stopped in this morning with a flat on my trailer, arrived at 730 am. The store opens at 8 am. Several people arrived after 745. Owner pulls in at 750 asks who’s truck/trailer. I responded it was mine. His response was go on down the road we have too much going on for a flat. I asked him if he remembered that he sold me the tires. He said oh just pull up and we’ll try to get to you. My trailer is for my business. I pulled up and left. Horrible customer service. If you can’t fix my flat tires then you won’t be selling me anymore.
